For me, breakfast is the most important meal of my day, so I try to switch it up because otherwise I’d get sick of eating the same thing day after day.

Usually, I have oatmeal (whole oat, not instant) with sliced bananas in low-fat milk, though sometimes I substitute the bananas with raisins (I try to avoid putting sugar coz diabetes runs in the family). A friend suggested I try putting apples but I haven’t tried that yet.

For the times when I don’t feel like having oatmeal, I have cornflakes and raisins in low-fat milk, plus one slice of toasted low fiber bread and a banana coz eating just cereal for breakfast is too light.

Then I wash it all down with an unsweetened cup of tea, followed by one more cup of water.

It’s a good starter of the day for me, hope this helps. ????
